This file worked perfect for me. You have to extract the .exe to the install folder C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2 and overwrite the original. You will still need to use the cd, but this exe allows the program to access the disc. I will try to help by seeding this for 10 GB.

how? i downloaded the NFSUG2 file and there have 3 small file in it. it cant open for me..so i try this now..Need CD to open this game? i dont really understand. Can u guys tell me?

For those who keep getting a message saying "exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". Just download this and cut/paste it to your NFSUG2 folder and delete the old exe.

I could really use some help... I've downloaded multiple copies of NFS underground 2 and each time i can install the game just fine, Run it perfectly, And all is good untill i go to try to update my car.... For the life of me i cannot upgrade my car, I've beaten 13+ races, I've put on cheats for performance packages 1 and 2, And still, No matter what i do, I cannot upgrade my car. I know its something im doing wrong somewhere, I just dont understand exactly WHAT im doing wrong... Tryed soooo many diffrent downloads with the same outcome.
