A minor repack of an existing torrent to include SYSCARD3.PCE, a ROM necessary to play TurboGrafx/PC Engine CD games with. You WILL need this version of MagicEngine to properly play CD games with full audio, version 9.9 and lower will often not play music. This version also sports many more features over previous releases. This is the PC(DOS/Windows) version.
