I couldn't get episode 19 to play right. The audio is fine, but the video plays in slow mo no matter what player I try. Actually, vlc doesn't play the video at all - just a blank screen.

It is matroska hdrip so you need matroska splitter + ffdshow and play with mplayer classic or whatever.
Slow motion might be an effect because of
1. deblock settings (deblock consumes cpu and this quality needs none of that)
2. your cpu too slow
3. dual or quad core processor and using all the cores not utilized in the player.
(in mplayerc the setting is called "Number of threads" and input amount of cores)
4. slow gpu

Check if the multiprocessor is working from windows task manager while matroska is playing.
