Downloaded this thing. Had it stuck at 97% for 2 days, and now I find that it hit 100%, but not all the files downloaded-wtf?

Re downloaded the file after deleting old file and same problem. Files are present, but none are complete where I can sues them. File is 100% in the red and seeding. This is the first time I have ever seen such shit.
