This is for people who are having problems with the Civilization IV DVD. It contains the 1.09 1.09 patch plus the RELOADED NO-DVD crack for 1.09 You do not need antiblaxx or sdhide. Install the game. You already have it right? Apply the 1.09 patch Copy the Civilization4.exe from the archive to the Civilization4 directory

Hello. I wish to asure everyone that this is the working solution to the BINKW32.DLL error that you get when installing the original Civilization4 game. Searched the web for a few hours and this was the only fix that worked for me.
