To 4 parts, I wrote the above registry file windows, create a text document, copy the my previous post, only the text from the Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00and rename the file extension to "reg"

I managed to find a crack online, make the regedit file that is in the comments here. It is working, but there is no stage music. An alternative would be to download a Nintendo 64 Emulator and get the Mortal Kombat 4 ROM. It is about 12 MB and has the music. Cheersamir_zohaib (2013-05-05)
