You don't have to worry about that "EXE" as it contains nothing but 2,301,826 zero bytes. There's a 118KB keygen which I tried in a VM and didn't find anything from, but I don't know of it works or not, and the fact that someone would include a 2MB phony EXE is rather suspicious.
