The game works for me with the crack from reloaded, but i've noticed that i can't do everything that's said in the game manual. For instance : i can't train my riders with the specialisation "Stage races" (the other ones are working, but not this one) also : i can't ajust the intensity of the training (in PCM 2007 : from 0% to 100%).
Is it the same for you??

For stelianski and others with same problem, make sure you copy both files from the crack directory to the program directory, not just PCM.exe - i didn't at first and got the same error,
copying pcm.cxe over fixed it.

It's so easy!
1 get isopower and ziprar
2 right click on any of the zip files and unzip here
3 double click on the yellow cd that you have now
4 double click on: Setup-PCM2008.exe and do extract all files to a temporary file
5 isopower will do the rest
6 get the reloaded crack only
7 go to c/programes/pcm08 and paste all the files in the crack there
8 play but dont load the new cyanide patch
