the verse however explicitly states that EVERY HERB BEARING SEED was given to us to USE.
there are many ways in which humans use/consume plants.
CONSUME means to intake/ingest.
again, this can be done many ways, eating, drinking, topically, or AROMATHERAPY (inhalation of incense smoke... in case you weren't aware: incense is the burning of ANY ORGANIC MATERIAL. cannabis hemp undoubtedly qualifies as such)
