Considering how small the filesizes are for each episode, the quality actually isn't bad. It doesn't look "terrific" in full monitor, but it doesn't look that bad either. I don't know how the fuck you did it but good job. In my case it works out perfectly though, as I only d/l these to convert for them for iPod. Ironically, the file sizes of my converted ipod ones are 125MB, yet the screensize is twice as small as your .AVI source files.
