Works fine for me on a NTSC system.
The layer break is wrong in the .dvd file, ran it through ABGX and it fixed it.

@Chaos1972 What are you talking about? The layer break given in the .dvd file is 1913760, the same as in every other 360 game. However, the game still doesn't work and I have no idea why.

@fomorian27, the layer break you are thinking of is for XGD2 games, this is a XGD3 so the layer break is different.
