I confirm, there is no way to change the langage. So this game is PAL but english only.

Sorry, there is a way to change the langage. it will follow the langage of your PS2. I was in english for some strange reason so that's why i tought it was working.
So just go to setting, and change it.
For people who use emulator, follow this guide on youtube. Easy to find.
