This is a rip version of the workout Hip Hop Abs with workout schedule. I do not take credit for the original iso dumps, but this is a xvid compressed version I compressed for personal use and figured someone else would prefer the much smaller download size.

Although the video is a tad grainy on full screen, overall this is a great torrent, I also love the fact that is in AVI format, I hate burning ISO's to disc since they get scratched & damaged.
