A teenage astronomer and his teacher discover an object amongst the stars at night. Little do they know that it's a comet on a direct collision course for earth. After the teacher dies in a car crash trying to report his findings the President announces the comet's existence. He also states that there is no need to panic, because NASA is going to send astronauts on the space mission, Messiah. Their mission is to destroy the comet before it gets too close to the earth. My main reason for hard coded english subtitles is for non english speaking people. It will be easier for them to understand and really appreciate the whole story and save them time to look for subtitles in srt or sub formats. Sometimes you need subtitles to fully understand what the movie is all about....

Why the fuss. Subtitles are great. I think 1salemer did a great job for hard coding the subtitles in this movie. If you don't like it, just delete the movie.

I myself don't like it if subs are hardcoded in, but in the end I don't see why everyone is making a fuss. But I guess it's like looking at asian porn and a bit of it is ALWAYS covered or something.

Jesus Christ, Salemer you're totally right. These "i-only-speak-one-language" people, (mainly english and americans) probably don't understand that many people understand english but do not have it as a first language, so eng-subs do help if you dont pick up when someone is talking fast or other noise etc etc. Btw when are they going to realize that english is not a supreme language. And one more thing, this site is swedish so i should tell everyone to shut the F*ck up and only upload swedish movies or movies with swedish subs.... But i dont...
