Every time I try to copy the SkidRow.DLL file from the crack to the folder, I would get an "access denied: no permissions" on the copy, which would then fail. How can I fix this?

Help! When ever I try to copy and paste or drag and drop the Skidrow.dll file from the torrent to the binaries folder, it shows up in the folder for 3 seconds or so, then disappears.
I'm using Vista x64 and McAfee AV.

Just finished downloading but when I click install from the APLauncher I get this: The program or feature "??E:setup.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of windows.
I'm using Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit and have tried putting both the launcher and the setup in admin mode and ran both through various windows compatibility features and nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

solved: just follow the instructions in the link, no patches needed
Note: Be careful when making changes to the system registry. Deleting/modifying wrong values may cripple your system.
Open the Windows Registry Editor – this is usually done by typing RegEdit.exe in the run/search box and pressing enter.
Expand the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and then expand SOFTWARE
Right click the ‘SEGA Corporation’ Key (under SOFTWARE) and hit delete. Press yes to the confirmation message. Close the Registry Editor.
Navigate to X:ProgramData directory, where X is your system drive (usually C:). Delete the SEGA Corporation folder located inside it. Now run the game.
If the above does not work, try uninstalling the game, repeating steps 1-4 and then reinstalling a fresh copy.

Running fine for me, now. Took a little working though. To make it simple:
Install.
Transfer contents of Skidrow crack folder from CD2 to binaries folder. I had to uninstall antivirus because of false positive that blocked the install even when I told it not to.
Then patch with this after it's cracked:
So far so good. Sounds are working fine and got past the intro movie.
