El disco debut del proyecto como solista de Ilan Rubin (el chico del cabello que toca la bateria con Nine Inch Nails). El proyecto se llama THE NEW REGIME y el disco se titula COUP. Fue lanzado el 18 de Noviembre de 2008 a traves de los medios digitales (itunes, amazon mp3, etc) (esperemos pronto el producto fisico) 10 temas totalmente compuestos, tocados y grabados por el mismo Ilan Rubin, cada nota de Piano, Guitarra, Bajo, Bateria, viene de las manos de Ilan quien tambien es quien canta y hace los coros.
