I apologize. I see what the problem is now, but it's weird that OVA 3 came out 5 years ago and there still isn't a US release. What fucking bullshit. Oh well, I downloaded 'em and they are good quality. I'm helping to seed, but I have poor upload bandwidth so I can only do so much and more people need to help seed. I love the Tenchi series, and seeing as the DVDs for ep. 5-13 were for around $80 each, I had to look for an alternative source. (not saying I won't eventually purchase them for collector's reasons) Thank you for this great torrent!
