They include a lot of watermarks yes, they even implement really bad checks (one of which I forgot to patch but will upload if it starts becoming a problem)

If you're so talented and think everything should be free, why don't you just create and release trainers for all the games that come out? To everyone downloading this trainer:
We banned this individual, and we are pursuing them through Paypal, and all charges that can be brought against this individual will be pursued. Also that this trainer has been modified by this individual and we have no idea what it does now, i.e. keylogging, nefarious stuff. Try it at your own risk. There is NO WAY to remove the user data from the trainers. I will not say why this is so, but it cannot be removed period. So we know exactly who this member was and banned them.
Thank you to the poster above who wrote at least some gratitude for all the hard work we do putting out these trainers for nearly every game ever made and we do it nearly hours after they are available.

You threw away any rights your software may of had when you neglected to read the user agreement of the games you trained. What you going to do? Get EA to represent you in court since its their copyright?

perhaps melison, since english is not your main language (i know you also know Japanese) then you may not be familiar with the case of Lewis Galoob Toys, Inc. v. Nintendo of America, Inc., and the predecessor case of Midway Manufacturing Co. v. Artic International, Inc. the whole groundwork for cheat devices, cheat programs, and general editing of software with or without the developers' approval is 100% legal up until an illegal act is performed with it.
The use of trainers falls well within the right to modify a copyrighted work and is perfectly legal because that, as per Galoob v. Nintendo, even if it is a derivative work it falls within "fair use" established within copyright and trademark law and protected by the First Amendment.
of course, I'm not sure why i'm arguing this point with you on an illegal torrent website, but hey...

exactly which copyrights were infringed upon? perhaps you've never heard of Action Replay or Gameshark, devices which do the exact same things as a trainer and have also been found to be 100% legal in court.

If you really feel you're in the right here, feel free to contact EA, Bioware and any other game publisher you'd like. You'll find that many of them have an existing working and/or advertising relationship with CH and have absolutely no problem with any of the trainers that are created. Great steps are taken to ensure that the trainers do not cross lines such as multiplayer compatibility and/or unlocking or enabling inappropriate content or content that the game publisher themselves sell access to. The trainers also do not bypass or circumvent any of the game's copy protection, unlike most of the software found on this website.
The trainers are protected by the same laws that protect any other piece of software that is not deemed 'freeware' or otherwise and is made clear in the CH ToS.
I won't argue with you or post any further here. If you want to continue down the path of attempting to 'crack' and distribute the trainers, then prepare to face whatever consequences that may bring, legal or otherwise.

I wont do requests. As for the trackers, they dont so much collect it - its just like everything else that goes through trackers. Several people just share them. One guy does a really good job. Occasionally one gets out to a public tracker.

Agreed but as one of the impatient people we dont care what happens to cheathappens.com. we only need the trainers and cheats as early as possible leaked or made. so what are you going to do about it? we need more trainers at the moment. and this is the only way.... who cares about their ideologies and crap. they already realize whats going on by far but i believe they wont do anything about it probably make their trainers more secure, but they cannot discontinue service or they will have to refund all money. also they cannot make trainers free because people paid them for lifetime membership. so basically everything we do cannot change them.
So yes i would be very happy if you could post more trainers.

Not to be shooting anyone down, but the trainers being illegal wouldn't fly very well in court. Look at GameShark and AVG devices...if trainers were illegal, those devices would've been lawsuit'd up the ass by now.
