It didn't work. I copied the cracked files to the installation directory, but it stills says "Cannot find game data. This should be a installation error or operating system error." I'm running it in Win7, I tried both compatibility mode for WinXP and Win2000, still didn't work. I don't know, maybe it won't work on Windows 7?

I did all the downloads and the installations correctly in order but, when I start the game, it saids "Unable to find game data. This is likely an installation problem or operating system problem". I did everything correctly, now what? Can you help me with this error?

Thank you it works! For those who are having trouble, here how I did it.
Step 1: Extract the .rar file with WinRAR.
Step 2: Mount the first ISO file (it's called
sc4d_a).
Step 3: Go to the ISO file (the CD drive you mounted it on) and click on setup.
Step 4: When it asks for the serial use this: 622A-3TLB-XQAR-PUKT-M2RD
Step 5: The setup is going to stop at around 48% and it asks you to insert Disc 2. So mount the second ISO file (called sc4d_b) on a different CD drive from the first.
Step 6: Okay this is tricky. Minimize everything you have open (even your internet browser) and move the setup window a little down until you see a message box that says "Insert Disk 2". Click OK.
Step 7: After setup is done, DO NOT PLAY YET! Copy and Paste the crack application you got from the torrent to your directory (It should be Local Disk>Program Files>Maxis>Simcity 4 Delux). Replace the original one.
Step 8: Now just double click on the crack application you just pasted and it should work. You can make a shortcut because it doesn't make one for you.
