Use CDXtract. it converts almost all formats to almost all formats.. like Akai to exs and so on..

I use Reason 4 and I just installed something called "Reload" that is supposed to be able to convert akai discs. I don't really know what i'm talking about since I haven't tried it yet, but hopefully this helps someone :)
