Pixelated and streaking in parts. Video quality 7/10 at best. However, this seems to be one of a few versions available on any site.

vivatpb5776 is correct. Lots of pixelization, streaking, and a washed out look. Also, the aspect ratio for width is off by about 60 pixels - it should be something like 748x416. I realize this is dvd rip from 7 years ago, but it's clearly not a multi-pass encode. For maximum viewing pleasure, I recommend watching on a smaller monitor or with a smaller viewer size on a big screen; and you need to bump up the contrast. Also, in VLC, change the aspect ratio. If you use regular QuickTime, though, it's a bit of a problem. If you have QT Pro, then you can input new resolution values in properties window. For a slightly better version try this:

Even though it says it's a 720p brrip, that one was also clearly a single-pass encode and with the native screen size enlarged - the picture quality is still pretty sucky on that one, with pixelization and artifacts apparent quite often. Sad. I'm trying to download all of them here on PB, but as vivatpb wrote, it's still tough to get a better version - three others I'm seeking to dl won't activate, won't move, or get stuck for long periods.
