Nintendo DS Format the movie in Nintendo DS format. for flashcard users. dpgtools- set at "good" quality. increased brightness and audio volume. 279 Mb - size 384 kb/s - video 128 kb/s - audio 20 fps original dvdrip was done by somebody else, i downed it and converted it to .DPG format for dual screen.

he means why didnt the uploader put it into a rar file. Therefore compressing it, which makes the file a hell of a lot smaller. I agree, all files should be compressed for faster download times, although this is a pretty small file anyways. :D
