chraist - this is sort of a technicality, but nobody has ever been an ex-member of NIN. NIN has always been only Trent Reznor, when he tours he assembles a band to play live with him. Richard toured with NIN as a guitarist and he did work with Trent on occasion in the beginning, however NIN has always been solely Trent Reznor.
