I followed your instructions in the Install Instructions.txt file & installed Genie Backup Manager Pro v8.0.340.510, but when I go to register as explained in the Install Instructions.txt file, the serial number which is provided was declined. The error message stated this is counterfeit software. Please tell me what I may be doing wrong & please give clear & easy instructions as I'm not a computer person.
