I used Audio Checker, All tracks are MP3. What a waste of time, the quality will be worse than the MP3 versions available because of the transcoding.
If you want to put it on an mp3 player you have to convert it, reducing the quality again.

But if they are mp3 desguised as flac, then it should be taken down. A Flac file is 40 -60% bigger than an mp3 file. You're wasting bandwidth and not everyone has fast connections

Many thanks zeppfan1968!! And unlike kasiusclay, I appreciate the lossless file format. For those out there who don't like the m3u files (aka Apple Lossless), just download XLD and you can convert them to myriad file formats. If you start with lossless you have the best chance at a clean file.
