All I get is static. No track appears to work, and they tend to kill AmaroK on loading. Has anyone else gotten this OST to work at all?

These tracks all work in Winamp, VLC etc. Are you on a Linux system?
These files are in fact wavs in original, but through renaming them to *.mp3 makes them playable outside the game.
This method has concerned me.
Give me some info about your situation, oerativesystem, mediaplayer etc and I'll look into it!

I have the same problem, all static, and I'm using VLC on Windows XP. Renaming the originals to *.mp3 did not work. Any help?

Update, for me, all the ones that are still in .wav format work in vlc, but the ones in .mp3 are just static.

Helloo again all, been away for quite a while.
I have tested both SW: Kotor 1 & 2, in WinXP, in VLC Player, and all tracks worked! I have noo idea why they don't play. I also had other people confirm that they work.
I will think of a new solution, bye for now!
