miksu92, there seems to be a problem with your d: drive. "d:\gamez" is the path in wich the installer extracts the game. if d: is your cd/dvd drive it wont work. it must be hard drive.
the installer is made with 7zip so install it (http://www.7-zip.org) right click on the exe installer and extract to whereever you want and play the game from there
remember in the folder you extracted, run ra2.exe for red alert and ra2md.exe is for yuris revenge with mental omega mod

The ***FATAL***String Manager failed to initialized properly can be fixed by setting the compatibility cu Win98/Me in the Properties/Compatibility tab on YURI.exe or ra2.exe.
If you experience a slowdown on Vista and Windows 7 and/or you want the game to run at your current screen resolution (yes the game can do that) try this:
