Had big hopes for this movie. But....I was let down. Plot has alot of heart, but not much goes on in the film it seems to me. This was classified as comedy, but there seemed to be a serious lack of the such. 4/10

Quality is tops. This movie is great. If your idea of a Friday night is a BigMac and Alien vs. Predator, you will probably not get into this movie. If, on the other hand, you appreciate watching the human condition from another perspective, with excellent acting, direction and overall production and don't mind tearing a bit here and there at the ups and downs, trials and tribulations of life yet see how having friends or at least being appreciated enough by your peers to can facilitate positive change in your life, you will love this movie. Guys thank you so much for uploading this.
Great movie, funny as hell and kinda sad at the same time.
The quality is really good, both sound and visual. But the included subtitles are really off sometimes, for example the words ''Shes shy'' are translated to ''Shes high'' and so on.
Someone asked how to remove the subtitles; just go into the movie folder and erase or move the subtitle file. Tro to look around a little bit for yourself before you howl for help in caps lock panic here.

Can someone help me- I'm a reasonably experienced downloader but there seems to be something wrong with the tracker as this is downloading super slow/not at all for long periods. Is anyone else having this problem and/or know how to rectify it because I'm stuck at 30% even though there's plenty of seeders and its driving me nuts!!!

To turn the subtitles off, go to the movie folder (thats where the movie is) and remove, or just move, the subtitle file.
Its the white one, with a little blue notepad symbol on it (in windows atleast) that has ''subtitle file'' written underneath it. Move your mouse to it, click on it and press delete on your keyboard, or just klick it and draaaaaag it to wherever else OUTSIDE of that folder on your desktop. Your drag it by holding down the mouse button. The mouse is the round thing with the wire attached that you hold in your hand.
Remember that you have to do all this AFTER you turn ON your computer. And by computer I mean your internetmachine.

Actually I remember even worse subtitles, The Eye; also FXG. God they were bad, and the only reason I kept them is because I heard their were Spanish bits. They didn't sub the Spanish bits.....

could someone please help me. The .avi file won't play at all with either vlc or winamp or any of the programs i've got. i've zinstalled the codec pack purplepiginc said would do it and tried playing it in Zoom player and i get this message: "Unable to play [Lars and The Real Girl.avi]
This may be due to a corrupt file, missing filters, filter conflicts, or hardware related issues." anyone able to figure out what to do?

I forgot to remove the subtitles, which I find completely appropriate, for their pathetic nature provides an ironic metaphor for this movie.
No, not the pathos of the main character, but the movie itself. It's not funny, it's not...really anything but rubbish. It might be interesting if it were a foreign film, but as an American film it's got that familiar lack of nuance or subtlety.
Anyway, great quality dl and thanks for that. But if there's a 'Worst Waste of Bandwidth' award...

these uploads by the so-called FXG-team are unjustly labelled XVID ,but mediainfo and my cheapass TV set dared to disagree. They are DIVX5.
