The aspect ratio is out of whack -- it was obviously stretched to fill out an HD screen in the conversion. I'd prefer to do that on the TV myself if I were so inclined, or just watch in SD. Also, FWIW, these are not two .mp4 files, but one .mp4 and one .m4v.
