hey yeah it is missing part 11 it even does not list it in the file list.
but the guy put up a repack on the pirate bay

if you already downloaded this one, all you have to do is to hit download on the other one. It will work when unraring.
Your program will automatically check and see that you already have all the files so you can stop seeding for the last one and seed for the new one with all the files included.
