it is right. but there is no any subtitles and translations. only original russian.
maybe they ll translate it .... to sell it abroad for example.. don't know their plans

DVD is coming out in ~3 weeks (and a second part of the movie in April). DVD will most likely have Russian subtitles, as promised by the director. According to interviews, theatrical release in Asia is planned (and their DVDs usually have English subs) and DVD in the US, too - but not any time soon..
I suggest you read the book, avail. on the US as "Prisoners of Power": the movie is very closely following the book's script and narrative, to my surprise.
