when i play it on BS player there is NO sound, whereas when i try to play it on windows media player, there are no subtitles...any help?

I admit I'm not that technically inclined, but usually subtitles work easily. How do I get these english titles to work? I use Windows Media or AVS player. Thanks, bhai!
