Why even bother with "720p" It looks like a DVD rip. 3 channel audio.

Mkv is crap, this should be 720 or 1080 Mp4 at leased.

MKV isn't a video format, it's merely a container. Same deal with MP4.
The video codec and bitrate is what determines quality.
