Hi there beastiekeith! It seems that you have to make an update on your codecs..You need AC3 codec for this one..Vlc-player plays almost all files..download it..Or you can always download a Codec package such as K-lite codec package...
The are free software downloads..Google it. After that you should be fine..good luck..
