I'm seeding as fast as I can (about 100KB/sec). And the swarm speed is over 1MB/sec right now.
Obviously I need a bit more upload capacity if I am going to keep uploading stuff.
Assuming people keep seeding after their torrents complete, things should be in better balance in the next hour or so.
