I'm not sure why, but even trying to seed it for you guys it's putting me at 98.5%.
I can attest, that yes, it's the full CD, even at 98.5%. I'm not sure why it's sticking there now.

ok to whomever uploaded this torrent. i have seen this problem before and lord knows ive caused it. if you look at the pattern of the file data that is not available in the swarm you see that its at the beginning and the end of EVERY SINGLE SONG. this is because your torrent program sees different data in those blocks NOW than it hashed when you created the torrent originally. what would cause data ONLY at the beginning and end blocks of the songs to go bad? YOU EDITED THE ID3 TAGS AFTER YOU CREATED THE TORRENT. and since the id3 tags are at the beginning of the file (and blocks dont fall neatly at the exact beginning and end at the end of a file) your torrent program decides those blocks are not available. IF you can, uploader, please change the ID3 tags back so that we all can get this album. thanks!

what I did was download this torrent:-

and placed it in the same folder of this torrent.
than my torrent started from 65.7% and was able to be finished.
