YES, great job, Ool! This IS the SUPERIOR dvd-rip torrent of "Murder by Death" here on PB. Resolution and dimensions are an impressive 1024x560; the aspect ratio of approx 1:85.1 appears to be correct. Color dynamics are brilliant. Audio is full. One drawback: the film is speeded up, increasing the pitch and cutting run time by 4 minutes. But this can be corrected by adjusting playback controls to compensate.
So far, I've downloaded and looked at 5 of the 7 torrents of this film on PB (the other 2 are still downloading), and the only one that surpasses this in overall quality is the 4GB HDTV torrent (though it has one unique drawback). For high quality per manageable file size, yours is it, Ool. Nevertheless, for those who want to check out the HDTV torrent, here's the link (and please read my comments):
