Transmission (Mac Torrent Client) thinks this torrent file is not valid. Opera (yes the browser, apparently it has a torrent engine in it) seems to think it's ok, but can't find any seeds - it tried all night.

It seems the tracker in the torrent isn't working.. I use utorrent and got it to work by adding to my tracker list. Perhaps tracker difficulties is why this torrent isn't getting a strong following.

I followed them just fine. Copy the fantasy grounds II folder to c:\program files\ then edit (with notepad) a random serial number into the FGII.reg file, save and then right click - merge the FGII.reg file.

I followed the .txt file to the letter and the file in question once executed after merging the reg information has very little functionality , the 12 meg demo does more then this version does at least for me..

Use d20_jpg as your ruleset instead of d20.

Me too Arixson... I also get a "Script Error: [string "scripts/desktopmanager.lua"]:103: attempt to call field `setTooltipText´ (a nil value)" error....

In order to fix the "missing ruleset problem" you need to touch a little bit more the .reg file
Edit "InstallDir" & "DataDir" to whatever the directory where you are installing is.
If you download extra rulesets it bugs again... still no clue on how to fix that

ok this 1's got me stumped. i'm only gettin the d20 ruleset, i cant find any of the extra campaigns etc, it won't update and i'm also gettin the script error mentioned above. if any1 could post step by step instructions i'll b eternally grateful

Alright, guys, I absolutely had to post a comment to this to help you all out, and fix the problem with only d20 showing up, and the error as well.
When you Edit the Registry fix, MAKE SURE that if you're using a 64-bit operation system, that you EDIT the location to say "Program Files (x86)", or if you've installed to any other drive, change it to "D", "E", etc..
I honestly facepalmed myself after about an hour of not figuring out why this worked.
Once you all have that part up and running, simply ONLY use the D20_JPG, if you're using D20 system. The defaut D20 will not work, but D20_JPG is DEFINITELY better than the "Demo Version".
I hope this helps, guys. This is a great program, as well. I'd consider paying for it, if they didn't have the balls to charge upwards of $20 to PLAY the game, and $30 to HOST the game, and then $130 if you want to host with anything more than BASIC admin privileges over your own game.

Alright. Thanks So much. Now all we need to figure out how to do, is to make it so extra rulesets we dl work. I dl'd the 4e ruleset to see what its like and it bugs.

I have managed to get all the cracks and such working on this torrent, but I cannot connect to other games, and people cannot connect to my games. Can anyone help?
