The torrent is okay, but is misleading.
You should put in the title and description that this is specifically for the state of California, especially since California law is so specific to their state.
Also, fighting a ticket in California is 100% different than, say, Indiana because California is one of the few where the speed limits are able to be interpreted by the motorist, where in Indiana the speed limits are absolute.
