so I downloaded the movie and have tried watching this movie in Media Player Classic and Windows Media Player and neither seems to have an option to change the audio to English. For those who have found a way to watch this movie in English, what media player did you use

If you use Media Player Classic to play this I recommend using Haali Media Splitter for Matroska files

Then when playing the video you should see an white square icon on your taskbar -> Rightclick -> Select English Audio. Hope that helps most of you having troubles with it :)
