In folder Simobject/Airplane/A_C panel, You mean THE GPS GAUGE...
Open any default airplane,open panel.cfg
Search for line "GPS", copy and paste the group of line into the "panel.cfg" of A300.
If you want it to pop up, set it at the beginning of the txt, after "WINDOW TITLES". Don't forget to name it+number in that W.Titles group.

Thank You Vlad5800 But My Panel doesn't work , my auto pilot dosen't connect , i Think that is my fsuipc problem , I Have version 4.3.0.0 And Fully Registered , Now I Request The FSIUPC 4.5.58 Or ThE Version That work with A300b4 simcheck or Registration Key of fsiupc 4.5.58 .
