Configure.exe doesn't recognize the license... (but the license key was accepted by installer). Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

so with this i can get make like some huge program like a game or something and not have to give a shit about the licenses issues and make it pure proprietory closed sourced and make money of it? cause lgpl license says i for the most part have to dynamically link. with this 'pirated' version can i legally statically link my shit? i need answers to these questions plz.
