how come my instrument arent working for the game? Is it because im using neogamma?

I recently changed to neogamma as well.
For neogamma, if you want USB instruments to work (RB strat, drums, and microphone), you need to look for RAWKSD patcher. What it does is it patches your IOS36, so instruments are able to be played.

i just downloaded the game but it only has 45 files but no one is an iso or a zip file

I was a bit of a noob when I made this torrent. This torrent is compressed, so you need to use 7zip to extract it. After extracting the ISO from the archive, you can either burn the image to a DVD-R, mount for an emulator, or convert to WBFS for a USB drive.
