Here is a list of audio ripped from GTA Vice Citys cutscenes (In MP3 Format, sorry no video). Each cutscene sound file is in order of how you would come across them in-game (Some differences) I have also included misc sounds such as Police + Taxi radio. Enjoy and re-seed please :)

Sadly these files can't be plyed during gameplay (unless you do some modding but it's hard) so therefore can't be played during actual cutscenes. but i got these for people to listen to after they did the cutscene.
this is no complete radio stations but i can get them if you want.
this is police+taxi band radios, during the gaame you hear when in a taxi/police car stuff being said down the radio, this is everything said. there aare some funny things said in them to so check it out :)
