For those who need it spelled out for them, this is 13 sample packs each with several subfolders of samples in Wav format themed accordingly to the folder names (ambient textures, jazzy whatever, etc). You do not need to "install" them anywhere, they are just .wav sound files in folders so you can drop them in whatever software you use. As for the corruption, I also got about 10 or so out of the kazillion samples that were corrupted. Im not too worried about it, i still have a kazillion minus 10 pretty good samples to mess with. Thanks uploader. Anyone complaining that the download speed was slow, well on this date ^ I downloaded it at 1200 kb/sec, so I'm pretty happy with that.

Furthermore there are both individual "one hit" samples as well as loops of drums, instruments, and general soundscapes / pads. It varies.

Hm My comments disappeared, well assuming they dont reappear --- These are sample packs with both loops and one hit sounds/drums in .wav format. you can use them in any software, you do not need to install anything they are just sound files. drag and drop them into your software or whatever.

Hi. Thx for the upload. I also had a lot of corrupt archives using both 7Zip and WinRar.
Turned out that some of the file-names were longer than 266 characters so they couldn't be accessed (path not found error).
I shortened the names (took out the 'Sony Loops & Samples', etc.) then de-archived them again with the 'Do Not Overwrite/ No to all' option. That left 9 bad archives. Haven't tried to repair them yet, but if I do, I'll make them available.

I'm looking for more Sony Loops. This looks good, but it seems there are alot of problems. If anyone can help me find any Acid loops, preferably high quality or "Premium Collections" according to Sony, my e-mail is therealjesus@live.com.au.

Only 34 corrupt files after you change the names of the folders before unzipping them. Not bad for almost 11,000 files

So are all these loops and samples going to work with ableton? Do the loops have tempo information? I'm assuming all of these are wav files? I really want to download this torrent but 6 GB is quite a decent amount of data.
