i have a question is this a private sever or just a version of the game ether or when i try to play it they say update it or u can't play it basicly. so my question is how can i play it without updateing it and is this a private sever

thnx for the upload even tho its been a while , works perfect for private servers that use the v83 of ms

This is an old version of the game, meant to be used with private servers on the same version. You need these files as well as a v83 private server client to play on a private server.
