yea, alot of people were having random crashes (me2) with physx enabled, they released patch 1.0.1 earlier today that fixes it, it allso replaces the .exe, imma wait for a cracked 1.0.1 exe to come out, physx looks too badass to not play with.

Then I log on to ye olde Pirate Bay and discover RELOADED is on top of things once again.

ok 1 thing to all you who wonder things xD i can run game at 60+ fps = as fast as a human eye can possibley see (most say its 25) at MAX graphics 16q 1280x1024 and HIGHEST settings in both bars with physX on, xD my specs are 8800GTX 2gb rams windows xp, and a dualcore intel 2.4ghz
and the game runs smooooth and its awsome... looks so crisp, ALSO download the patch if you wants to use PhysX its bugged in 1.00, so get patch 1.01, the crack works on 1.01 too. again GREAT game this far, and love the crontrols compared to PS3 and Xbox 9.5/10 :)

Yes u will be able to max it out on the highest setting w/ some AA to boot. I have slightly lower settings and I max it out @ 1680x1050 w/ 8x AA and physx.
Allso I wouldnt download it if u have the "code" for a digital download. Digital downloads have their own protection and will likely require u to use EA's Download Manager to download it. Just wait till u can download it legit. There is no 1.0.1 crack yet anyway so you wouldnt be able to play with physx on.

Try this if you are getting slow motion on lvl 3.
Go to \My documents\EA GamesMirror's EdgeTdGameConfig and open TdInput.ini
Now ontop of all the "Bindings" line's copy and paste this:
Bindings=(Name="F1",Command=""slomo
Now if it slows down press F1 and it should resume to normal speed. Lemme know if it works or not, havent gotten that far yet.

For idiots posting that the crack works with patch 1.01, go get a life fools.
The patch only overwrites the .exe file, which you then replace with the original unpatched version.
So instead of using 1.0.1.0 of the file, you are using 1.0.0.0, and therefore effectly not seeing any changes.

When i start the game i get the "out of range" error on my screen and no picture, only sound. Seems to be something with the default resolution-setting My lcd can run at 1440x900 but i cant figure out why the games default res would be set higher if thats the problem. i do find that the keygens allways create a key with RLD at the end and that a few of the games released by reloaded are nuked in a odd way.

Installing the patch won't do you any good. If you install it you won't be able to play the game at all, even if you backed up the cracked .exe

Anyways, besides the obvious slowing problem, I got a lot of fun out of the crack. Mirror's Edge works pretty damn well with a mouse. And I even got PhysX to work with no FPS drop (except when glass breaks) on my HD 2600XT! It's great.
While we're waiting for a crack to fix this problem, there's a way to be able to play the other levels from the beginning. If you go to C:\Users\\My Documents\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\Binaries\TdGame\Config, you can edit the TdEngine file with notepad. Once you open it, change the Map and LocalMap entry to one of the following:
Tutorial.p_Start, Edge.p_Start, Escape.p_Start, Stormdrains.p_Start, Cranes.p_Start, Subway.p_Start, Mall.p_Start, Factory.p_Start, Boat.p_Start, Convoy.p_Start, Scraper.p_Start
When you start the game, it will load that map. Anything after Stormdrains.p_Start will have the slowing bug, and if you die, you'll go into a sort of "free-roaming camera", which can be neat, but it means that you get one shot before you can't play it anymore. It can help pass the time before we get a working crack.

The Y axis is inverted, so pushing the stick forward makes Faith move backwards, and vice versa. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm having one of the many 'common problems' people are experiencing. I've tried running both versions 1.0 and 1.01, yet both yield the same results. The splash screen comes up, but the game never starts. The game works fine and dandy up until the level where i had juts caught jackknife. As soon as the game starts i gradually lose the ability to run to the point where i am even slower than walking. It isn't a frame rate issue, as everything around me still moves fast, i cant even jump while moving forward signifying that im barely moving at all. Can someone help me?

Okay, what is DXT?
I've updated to get every version of .NET Framework, I have the latest PhysX, I've patched the game to 1.01, used the 1.01 crack on it, I've updated my video card drivers, I've changed multisamples to 1, and still it just sits at the splash screen and wont actually load the game. WinXP SP3.

I've already seeded to 1.5, I've opened MORE upload slots, and I continuously upload at 100-200kbps, so shut the hell up. There are a lot of seeders doing the same things I am. How about we reserve the comments for quality of the game, or in this case, troubleshooting the game considering so many people (such as myself) seem to be unable to play it even after following every instruction to the T, yet we're all seeding an essentially useless torrent ANYWAY.
So, does anybody have a solution to the splash-screen freeze? I'm still waiting on that.

I have the problems that you guys have, on Lord of the Rings Conquest, but on this it runs just so smooth, I am able to run it without problems with the CrackFIX (original V1.0 version), I hope you would be able to run it, because the game is so good and nice, graphics are really crisp and out of the oven. I installed the game and cracked it, but when I try to change the options (or get to a checkpoint in the game), it says Warning: Failed to save game. So it doesn't save my progress or changes. When I exit the game and load it up again, it only asks if I want to start a new game.

Now it tells me to put the crack.exe into my binaries folder.So i guy to my drives open G:/ which Mirrors Edge is in and see a folder named Crack. I click it and then see a .exe named Mirrors Edge. I copy and try to paste it into the binaries but it will not let me because there is not enough room.I am stuck here.

Rightclick on MirrorsEdge.exe, properties, go to compatibility then run the program in compatibility mode for windows 2000. Worked for me at least. If you're Vista, maybe try to choose compatibility mode for win xp. Good luck.

Hey, i had some serious problem with lag when "swat" entered the game. @ Chapter 2 and @ Chapter 3, so all i did to get rid of the lag was to turn off the Nvidia Psyix in Options the lag situations was gone, and i also had a crash problem just download the crack fix from gamecopyworld or something =)

When i start the game, it starts properly with splash screen and then the resolution goes out of range. I can hear music and menu effects and all but i cant see anything.

Hello i just unzipped the ISO to my desktop and mount it with DAEMON TOOLS LITE, and the autorun launches fine but then it asks for a CD KEY. I followed these directions....
1. Unrar.
2. Burn or mount the image.
3. Install the game using the keygen included in the Crack folder.
4. Copy the content of the crack dir to your installBinaries folder.
5. Play the game.
Should i extract the ISO so that i get the actual game Directory folder then take the 2 files in the crack folder and place them in the BINARIES folder, then get the new update crack fix and replace with that?

However when i install it, about 1/3rd of the way through it stops and prompts me with this error, "Error reading from file C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mirrors Verify that the file exists and you can access it. 3. Replace executable with version 1.01 crack, which is not included with this torrent.

If u cant start it, u might get a window that says u should eneter the cd key every time u try to start it. i have a solution
Go to the start meny open run then type regedit go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then find mirriors edge there. and type in what ever cd-key u want.
PS. When u get to the third or forth chapter the game slows down untill cant move anymore and there is nothing u can do about it.

i'm getting that problem where i can't do anything except start the splash screen, it doesn't do anything. now, there have been comments saying to modifly a file in TDGame/Config except that file doesn't exsist in my folder and a search on my entire hard drive didn't get any results.

Anyway the game worked perfectly for me until the part after you have seen your sister, then it started lagging, alot. And when you get outside again the game crashes every time!
I have no idea why... I am going to try to play through everything again (not much but whatever), and see if it works next time.

I need major help.. so i downloaded and shoved this torrent thru utorrent. i got a folder that had these things
1 rar and 30 things that have rar icons but instead of .rar its .r00 (as in the number)
1 .sfv and 32 things that look like the svf (same name but end in .r30 (according to number)
there is also an info txt and a reloaded.nfo but i can never open the nfo's but i know the txt and the nfo are uselesss to making the game start
in total i have 66 files (also shown in the torrent info).. i have no idea what to do. especially with the non rar looking ones. as witht he rars and the r00 r01 ect... they each have a separate iso in it that are mostly diff sizes package wize.. wtf do i do? i need major help.. also i have daemon tools so i can mount images and i have put the crackfix

I have a theory on the checkpoint save crash, if you know it, post your HDD type (SATA, and which raid configuration, or EIDE *ribbon cable* drives), your running security software (what firewall and antivirus/antispyware and any gui enhancements you may use (windowblinds, astonshell, alienGUise).

Now inte the chase after the elevator, the game starts laggin like hell. Even in the lowest grafics.

i installed the game correctly and i mounted the iso, but when i try to copy MirrorsEdge from the crack to the Binaries folder, it says theres not enough space on the disk. Sometimes it says "this action could not be completed, would you like to make a shortcut to the desktop"? And if i click yes, when i try running the desktop shortcut it has an error it says im missing some blah blah file and it says re-installing might help.

Nevermind, i fixed my problem.
now i have a new problem, i installed patch 1.01 too but whenever i play the game randomly crashes, i had it running at highest resolution + anti-aliasing it crashed, so i tried low graphics, low texture, 0x anti-aliasing, and 1024x768 res.
ima try turnin physx off.
other then minor problems, this is a perfect torrent, i love this game.
i wish there were more games like it,thats maskalin and all the dedicated people who helped crack it.

Im having kaian16 problem as well, it's the same point too. i get to what i think is chapter 2 checkpoint A or B, not really sure ( its the part when you start the checkpoint with the helicopter on u, and u have top slide down the building's angle roof), and when i beat it (i get too the elevator), it does the loading screen, but sends me back to the main menu, and when i press continue, it puts me back at the begining of the checkpoint i just beat

The game uses advanced PhysX requiring a moderately power NVIDIA PhysX enabled graphics card (GTX 260/9800 GT and above). Turn off PhysX in the Options menu and the slow-down will disappear.
I am downloading this right now and will post my findings on whether or not it works properly. However, considering the amount of people other NOT having issues, I think it's all of you just not reading the instructions properly.

Tested this game and it works perfectly fine. Using a Phenom II X4 965 and a GTX 560 Ti with 8GB of RAM. People who are complaining that the crack causes lag are idiots who don't understand that PhysX requires a GT 260 or higher to run well.
Solution? TURN OFF ADVANCED PHYSX IN THE OPTIONS. It will stop the slowdown you are experiencing in chapter 3. The game works fine, I was able to play after using the first key the keygen gave me.

Game was working perfect until I get to finding the wrestler, and I start moving incredibly slow (walking, not running) and cant jump. I've restarted the game, made sure CTRL wasn't held down, and everythings fine. It's a game problem.

Okay. So I Have A Very Stupid Fucking Problem. I Have Download This Game And Patched And Installed The Crack. Setup Worked Fine. I Clicked On The .exe File And It Says That I Have a missing dll. So, I uninstalled and cracked and patched again after reinstalling, and still i get the fucking missing.dll error again. So then i went and download the dll off the internet and still it is telling me that i have a missing dll. So what am i doing wrong, i really need help with this because i have tried everything and still nothing fucking works :/

Game works just fine, I have no idea what everyone was whining about. And for the massive lag in the SWAT scene, just disable Physics for that part of the game, worked for me.

People are real idiots... if you get loads of files.. try extracting them... also if you get a missing dll file error, google the name of the dll. download it.. place it in the game directory (C:/Program Files) or it may say x86 if your running 64bit windows.. if that doesn't work reinstall directx 9 and 10 (my card only supports 9 but installing 10 got one game to work ;) )
Haven't gotten round to d/l this yet so once I manage to I will comment with a review of this actual torrent..

DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE if you're running Origin at the same time, before launch window pops-up saying you need to "confirm key", and generated keys wont work.
BTW, just guessing it's Origin not gonna check, re-installing offline and off Origin

I am getting the same pop up window that Ballz_0f_st3El mentioned.
I installed the game off internet and off Origins but another window popped up saying that you should be online to confirm the "code shown either in the mail sent or on the game package". After connecting to the internet, a window popped up asking to confirm the keys. The generated keys don't work.

This game sucks ASS! Nothing in there works! Good graphics, but that's about it.
It became literally unplayable for me when i kept pushing that one button in the underground river section but the door in front of me wouldn't open. Then the framerate dropped midway through at random fucking points aswell. Shit's totally broken.
This is frustrating and pointless, maybe i'll pick it up on a steam sale tho. I heard the latest original versions don't have any of these stupid issues.

Okay, for anybody still having issues, an hour and a half later I've figured it out.
Step one: Mount the game iso image
Step two: Install-- if you open the file when its mounted you will notice a crack folder. The one not labelled mirror's edge is a keygen-- get a keygen and continue to install
Step three: When installation done, copy and paste mirror's image file from crack to install/binaries folder
Step four: Download the newest version of the crack, copy/paste and replace the file again.-- here is a link
