I've tried this in many players on both Windows and Ubuntu - there's a slight blur effect in these videos, as they have been deinterlaced by mixing the 2 frames. This is very annoying especially in action sequences. I think I prefer my older "xvid-rips floating around the net", unless someone can enlighten me on how I can fix this.

If you want to remove the sub, try to delite anything thats not the movie file.If you got trouble playing the matruska file, download k-lite megacodecpack. Got all codec and media player classic. Plays everything.

To all those like me who thought this rip had a bit blurry image quality. I found a solution.. more like a fix..
The problem with ME at least was that I was using Media Player Classic (old, dead, buggy) with filters I manually updates (I don't use shitty codec packs).
I decided to uninstall all codecs (FFDshow for this at least), remove dead registery enteries of any codec using registry cleaner and Codec Tweak Tool. Then I installed KMPlayer..
*HOLY SHIT!*
Not only do all the HD movies I used to think look awesome in MPC look ten times better, but rips like this (Angel) torrent look sharper, without any blurring and has clear audio even though KM is using same filters which I used before.
So here's my advice, ditch MPC or any other shitty player, go for KMPlayer (it has way more options and features than you'll ever need).

Pretty nice torrent, but the video quality isn't that great (6/10, but quite watchable. Still, I expected more from 370mb/40mins mkv files.)
Also (like your buffy torrent S4-7), S3-5 were shot in 16:9, yet the resolution is 720x576 (16:12.8). Of course, any decent media player (like MPC Home Cinema) can correct this, but that's no excuse.
Nevertheless, good job and thanks!
PS. I downloaded it in 3 weeks, ~8h/day (that's 4 days per season, so not that bad)

Why does season two have an aspect ratio of 4:3? It was filmed in 16:9, and both the PAL and NTSC DVDs display it in 16:9.
