Plugz were formed in 1978 in Los Angeles and disbanded in 1984. Members were Tito Larriva (vocals, guitar), Tony Marsico (guitar), Barry McBride (bass, vocals), Charlie "Chalo" Quintana (drums), Cliff Roman (guitar, bass) Related Artists: The Flesh Eaters, Tito & Tarantula, Cruzados, Snake Farm, The Weirdos, Izzy Stradlin & the Ju Ju Hounds, The Havalinas, Social Distortion. Tracks: A1 Better Luck A2 Red Eye #9 A3 Achin' A4 American A5 In the Wait A6 El Clavo y La Cruz B1 Blue Sofa B2 Touch For Cash B3 Gas Line B4 Cesar's Song B5 Shifting Heart B6 No Love What did the Plugz do to get the hooks they pull off here? The selling souls was the thing of the 70s, and this was their sophomore release in the 80s, so that's out of the question. Maybe a pop-music assassination?
