serial does work guys. are you putting the user name in as well? no need to remove spaces. perhaps you are running vista and something has gone awry. vista seems to throw up problems with patchers etc. I'm running xp and the serial worked fine. just copied and pasted.

Using Vista - no joy. tried using UN then registration code both removing any spaces and virgin, The ISO proggy is looking for a serial Number not a reg code...dunno if that makes a difference. Anybody got a clue how to get this POS Vista to operate.

I'm having the same problem registering the product as well, I copy and paste the serial as well as the name and when I click the "REGISTER" button, it simply closes the box and I'm still at the activation screen.
Is there a solution to this?

ok so, i am a returning customer... the first time around this program worked, copy and past user and number... 1st time worked, this time... i have never been so frustrated. What is so hard? i copy and past... NOTHING HAPPENS, i was thrilled with the first time, after reformatting my HDD, and starting fresh again with Vista (BTW Vista is better than XP now, thought you all should know, also, 1st time was on Vista) and now it won't budge, i am trying to test out Windows 7, but i need this program to work. What a head ache.
